Casa Nova is a locals‑focused Italian restaurant with a busy bar, strong regular trade, and a friendly neighbourhood feel.
The role
Making and serving classic drinks, simple cocktails, beer, and wine.
Looking after bar guests, backing up floor service, and jumping on the pass or floor as needed.
Setting up and pack‑down of the bar, stock rotation, and basic ordering support.
Primarily evening and weekend shifts with potential for extra shifts in busy periods.
About you
NSW RSA (essential) and previous experience in a bar or quality restaurant environment.
Comfortable engaging with regulars and families, not just late‑night trade.
Reliable, well‑presented, and able to work independently once trained.
